Mesoestetic Dermamelan Home Pack combines the 3 essential products to treat hyperpigmented spots. Therefore, it includes Dermamelan treatment30g, Melan Recovery 50ml, and Melan 130º Pigment Control 50ml.

Mesoestetic Laboratories designed this pack to facilitate depigmenting home care. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for patients who performed the Intensive Dermamelan Pack in a cabinet.

In detail…

1. 1) Dermamelan treatment 30g
   Is an intensive depigmenting cream, indicated for the correction of hyperpigmented spots and regulation of melanin production. It is suitable for all skin phototypes and is highly effective in treating various types of pigmentation such as melasma, chloasma, age spots or senile, lentigo, oral contraceptive-induced, or postinflammatory spots.
2. 2) Melan Recovery 50ml
   It is a soothing balm that reduces the sensitivity in skins subjected to intensive medical-aesthetic treatments. This balm is recommended for softening and comforting the skin after treatments such as Dermamelan Pack and Dermamelan treatment. It is, in other words, a highly soothing treatment that provides an immediate feeling of skin relief. It is therefore essential in depigmenting treatment.
3. 3) Melan 130 Pigment Control
   It is a tinted sunscreen that protects the skin from UVA, UVB, IR, and Visible Light (HEV) radiation. Developed with a unique combination of physical and chemical filters, it consequently provides 131 UVB and 67 UVA protection. In addition, Melan 130 also offers biological protection that allows free radical neutralization. Even free radicals that are produced by infrared (IR) radiation and visible light (HEV). But the active ingredient that makes this formulation very particular is the depigmenting active. This sunscreen helps to regulate the sun-triggered melanin formation process. In other words, perfect for dark-spot-prone skins!

Dermamelan Home Pack Protocol…

• Step 1: Start by cleaning the skin of the face and neck with Hydracream fusion.

Soothing cleansing oil cream, suitable for all skin types. Apply directly with your fingertips, using circular motions. Remove with water.

• Step 2: Tone the face skin with Hydra Tonic

This step is essential to balance the pH of the skin, allowing for a better acceptance of the following products.

• Step 3: Apply Dermamelan treatment 48 hours after removing the Dermamelan Mask

Apply 1g of product all over the face through a gentle massage. In the first month, the objective is to continue the depigmenting action of Dermamelan Mask and to intensely regulate melanin production, so the product should be applied three times a day (morning, afternoon, and evening). In the 2nd and 3rd months, the goal is the regulation of hyperpigmentation, so it is important at this moment to act on the origin of the spots, constantly controlling the production of melanin. At this stage, Dermamelan is applied twice a day (morning and night). In the 4th month until the end of treatment, the goal is to control the reappearance of new spots, prolonging the treatment outcome for a long time. At this stage, Dermamelan only applies at night.

• Step 4: After applying Dermamelan, apply Melan Recovery Balm

Spread to create a thick layer on the face every time you apply Dermamelan. During the early days, always have Melan Recovery with you to apply throughout the day whenever you feel discomfort.

• Step 5: Sun Protection!

Apply Melan 130 Pigment Control (2mg / cm2 skin) each morning on clean, dry skin after Dermamelan and Melan Recovery. Shake the package well before use.
